The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is an economic immigration program that nominates qualified skilled workers and business people from all over the world to permanently live and work in New Brunswick.

The Express Entry New Brunswick Labour Market Stream is a new immigration platform in the NBPNP where applicants can submit an expression of interest to the NBPNP. Applicants must include their language test scores, Educational Credential Assessment result, and work experience in their expressions of interest. Candidates with the top scores could be invited to apply to the NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream. Citizenship and Immigration Canada then invites the highest-ranked candidates to apply for permanent residence.

Applications are assessed on the basis of eligibility and other aspects of selection. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements to be considered, although satisfying these requirements does not guarantee nomination. Applicants who have the highest potential for economic success in New Brunswick will be given priority.
